Andrew Preston (He/Him)

Andrew Preston is a theatre artist based out of St. John's, Newfoundland, and has been involved in productions in the St. John's community and across the province for over nine years. He has had the pleasure of working with theatre companies all over the island including Perchance Theatre, Best Kind Productions, TaDa! Events, and of course Rising Tide Theatre. This will be Andrew's fifth summer with Rising Tide in Trinity and he is so grateful for the opportunity to perform in this beautiful town once again this year!

Cameron Johnston (He/Him)

Cameron Johnston is a 24 year old actor, writer, and director from St. John's Newfoundland, and is a recent graduate of the Paul L. Pope Centre For Tv. and Film. His recent credits include St. Pierre, Last Stop at the One Stop, and Tread The Water (Screening at this year's Langeland International Film Festival). This is his third year with Rising Tide Theatre, and he couldn't be more excited to be back on stage here in the beautiful town of Trinity!

Jacques St. Pierre (He/Him)

Jacques St-Pierre, also known as drag performer Barbra Bardot, is delighted to be joining Rising Tide Theatre this summer. A graduate of Sheridan College’s Music Theatre program and now an elementary school educator, Jacques recently wrote, directed, and starred in an original production called Becoming Barbra at The Majestic Theatre. Other selected theatre credits include Hans in Frozen and Lola in Kinky Boots (TaDa Events), Let’s Dance (Terra Bruce Productions), Mamma Mia and Crazy For You (Port Hope Festival Theatre).

Mallory Clarke (They/Them)

Mallory Clarke hails from Mount Pearl and began their adventure at Rising Tide Theatre in 2014 as an actor in the Seasons in the Bight Festival. Since then, they have worked for the company as an assistant director, director, music director, playwright, archivist, administrator, and Associate Artistic Director. They hold a BFA in Musical Theatre Performance from the Boston Conservatory and an MFA in Theatre Performance Creation from York University. They are the faculty acting teacher in CNA's TV and Film Creation Program at the Paul L. Pope Centre. They began their tenure as Artistic Director of Rising Tide Theatre in 2024. They have a home in the gorgeous community of English Harbour with their partner Andrew.

Oliver Quinton (He/Him)

Oliver Quinton is a 24 year old up-and-coming multi-instrumentalist based in Newfoundland, Canada. In high school rock and roll bands, he’d explore a performative and exciting avenue with his electric guitar that would eventually lead him to form the band Nerve Shack, who would later go on to tour Newfoundland at venues like the Telly 10 Marathon and The Rockhouse. More recently, he has released an instrumental album with local musicians, called Cave Montreux, and is also gearing up to record an acoustic solo album.

Randy Follet (He/Him)

Randy Follett, originally from Placentia, is a St. John’s based actor and writer, who has performed with Rising Tide Theatre, RCA Theatre, and Fixt Point Theatre (Toronto), among others. He is thrilled to return to the beautiful community of Trinity, for another Seasons in the Bight with this exciting, talented team. This season, audiences can catch Randy on the Main Stage in Settle Down Ellie, at the Parish Hall in Punch Up, and in a walk-about-town, in The Trinity Occupation.

Sora Gibbons (They/Them)

Sora is a queer, non-binary artist who holds their Masters in Music Theatre from The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Sora has been performing professionally across the country for the last decade. Most recently, Janice and Beverly Understudy in Come From Away (Theatre Calgary) and Carole King in Beautiful (Tada Events). They are also a vocal and acting coach. Sora dedicates this performance to anyone who has struggled with their mental health. "There will be light"

Bronwyn Keough (They/She)

Bronwyn Keough is a theatre artist from Topsail, currently based in Tkaronto. She graduated from UToronto and Sheridan’s joint Theatre Specialist program. In 2017 they co-founded No Vowels: a comedy group featured at NL Sketchfest, Toronto Sketchfest, and Halifax Fringe. Most recently, Bronwyn was featured in Sheep’s Clothing’s production of The Virgin, Mary, premiering at The Theatre Centre in April 2026. This October, they are spearheading a production of Robert Chafe’s Butler’s Marsh in the same venue.

Conor Whittle (He/Him)

Conor Whittle is no stranger to the stage in Newfoundland. He has been part of numerous productions, recent credits include Frozen, Beautiful, Cabaret, Jersey Boys (Tada! Events) and Heathers (Best Kind Productions). He has travelled as a member of Shallaway and performed in several countries as a featured soloist. Conor is so thrilled to be part of Next to Normal and excited to spend his summer in the beautiful community of Trinity

Jared Hiscock (He/Him)

Jared Hiscock is a 23 year old actor based in St. John’s, originally from Champney’s East. For three years, he has been involved in various projects, with a focus in film and television. With a lifelong passion for the industry, he is always looking for opportunities to grow as an actor and is up for any challenge. This is Jared’s third year with Rising Tide, and he is looking forward to another great season!

Michelle Rex Bailey (She/Her)

Michelle Rex Bailey has been involved in the arts for over 20 years. She has worked as an actor with Rising Tide Theatre at the Seasons in the Bight Festival. She has toured Ireland with West Moon. Film credits include Random Passage, Grand Seduction, Newfoundland Armageddon, Love and Savagery and Party Pirate.  She has co-written two comedies Don’t Be so Foolish and The Nut Crackers and a biographical folk musical Song Seekers

Philip Goodridge (He/Him)

Philip has been working as a performer and writer for the last 30 years. He is a co-founder, writer, and performer with Ladies Who Lunch Productions whose 10th annual Three Tales of Terror: Old Time Radio Drama debuts this Fall. He has worked with Untellable Movement Theatre on several projects, performs in the MusicNL nominated duo The Duds, and with new movement collective Watching The Detectives. Special thanks to his family and his husband Mark for their endless support.

Rebecca Sellars (She/Her)

Rebecca Sellars from Carbonear, NL is a recent MUN Music graduate. An avid performer, she has been cast in numerous productions such as The Rocky Horror Show, Heathers, Jersey Boys and more. Outside of her work in St. John’s, she has worked professionally across Canada and has been a part of numerous concerts as a soloist. Rebecca would like to thank her friends and family for their support, as well as her rep, daCosta Talent Agency in Toronto.

Step Taylor (He/Him)

Step Taylor is a theatre artist from Chapel Arm whose plays include In Your Wildest Dreams, Out of It, Tibb’s Eve, and Model Wanted. His recent acting credits at RTT include Judge Brack in Hedda Gabler, Matey in the Trinity Pageant, Smith in No Man’s Land, Ned in West Moon, and David in Birthday Balloon. Taylor is a graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada’s Playwriting program, and he received his MFA in Creative Writing from UBC. ​
